Hey there! I'm Kensey, a Kinesiologist and Fourth Year Student of Manual Osteopathy at the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice- Vancouver Campus.
I love the practice of Osteopathic Manual Therapy for its holistic approach of working with the body to promote global healing.

I had been seeing a traditional chiropractor multiple times a week for over a decade when I found out about Energi Wellness and OMT Therapy. When I first met with Kensey I was not able to sleep through the night and even walking and sitting at times was very painful. After having a couple treatments I knew that I had found a solution to years of chronic back pain.
I now am able to do things I haven't been able to do in years, and only need to see Kensey for a tune up every once in a while. Thanks Kensey, you have truly changed my life!

Osteopathic Manual Therapy
The objective of Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT) is to promote health and overall mobility through joint and organ manipulation or gentle mobilizations. Osteopathic Manual Therapists correct biomechanical dysfunctions related to neuromuscular or systemic complaints.
OMT encourages the mobility and normal interrelationship of all body systems, from neuromuscular and cardiovascular, to endocrine and digestive. By restoring proper mechanics to an area, fluids are able to flow normally and function improves, ultimately reducing pain and permitting optimal function.
OMT is an effective method of treating sports injuries, overuse injuries, back and neck pain, shoulder pain, knee and hip problems, headaches and migraines, GI dysfunctions (including heartburn), foot and ankle pain, and more!
