About
Kensey
Hey there! I'm Kensey, an Osteopathic Manual Therapist and Kinesiologist. I received my designation from the five-year program through the Canadian School of Osteopathy- Manual Practice in Vancouver.

I'm a small-town Alberta girl who grew up playing sports, camping, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending lots of time with friends and family. I've always been curious about how the body works and how we can help our body function better! While pursuing a degree in Kinesiology (the study of body movement), I discovered the practice of Manual Osteopathy. Needless to say, I was amazed by its benefit! So upon completion of my degree, I enrolled to become an Osteopathic Manual Therapist.
I love the practice of Manual Osteopathy for its holistic approach to promote global health and wellbeing. We work with each individual on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level to restore harmony between body systems. Ultimately, we work with the individual as a whole to Energize and optimize function!
About
Energi
Energi is derived from the Swedish + Norwegian spelling of energy.
What is
Manual Osteopathy?
I had been seeing a traditional chiropractor multiple times a week for over a decade when I found out about Energi Wellness and OMT Therapy. When I first met with Kensey I was not able to sleep through the night and even walking and sitting at times was very painful. After having a couple treatments I knew that I had found a solution to years of chronic back pain.
I now am able to do things I haven't been able to do in years, and only need to see Kensey for a tune up every once in a while. Thanks Kensey, you have truly changed my life!

the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity.
why Energi
?
Energy is something that we discuss often in Manual Osteopathy. It is a measure of physical capacity, mental drive, overall health. But why Scandic origin you ask? Norway and Sweden are two countries that hold a special place in my heart; They are the birthplaces of two of my great grandparents and both cultures have been engrained in my personal development. Having travelled through both countries and spent time immersed in the Scandinavian culture, I've come to appreciate their simple, practical and purposeful way of life.
